Refunds & Returns
Refunds will only be given within a 30 day window. Please make sure you have read the description and looked at the pictures for the sizing. If your item does not fit we can exchange it for the same like item or something else in our shop at the same price if your original item is not available. Returns and refunds will not be given for items that do not fit. Only exchanges will be approved. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the shipping charges to return the item back to the shop. The item would need to be returned in the same condition as it was sent. If we receive the item damaged it will not be refunded

If the item has been damaged from the shipping carrier we would need a picture of the outside of the box, the packing material, and the item showing the damages. The shipping carrier requires these items in order to submit for a refund.
Refunds for damaged or lost items will only be allowed within a 30 day window from when the item was received or when the item was sent if it was lost. After 30 days there will be no exchanges or refunds.
Exchanges
EXCHANGE POLICY:
We can exchange your item if there is another item in our shop of the same like and quality. Exchanges need to be made within 30 days of receipt of the package from the shipping carrier and returned in good condition as it was sent. If the item is returned damaged we will not honor the exchange. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay shipping charges to return the item and to send the exchanged item.
Sizing Details
Please make sure you are going by the sizing chart if the listing has one. Each clothing item is different and may not be the normal size you wear. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the measurements have been read.

Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders must be paid for up front before I can work on your order. Once the item is completed I will send you a picture for any final changes before the item is mailed out. Custom orders are usually completed in 1-2 weeks. If you require a custom item in less than 7 days, I may charge an additional $20 expedite fee in order to rearrange my schedule and production to get you your item to you on time.
Custom and personalized orders
All orders are shipped UPS or USPS if mailing to a PO Box. Each item is shipped UPS ground since the cost is cheaper and saves the customer on shipping expenses. If you need the item sooner and expedited shipping fee will be assessed according to the shipping your chose before checkout.
Shipping charges are for Shipping AND Handling - it includes the price of the packaging and any packing material plus the cost to ship to you. Please send me a message if you would like to upgrade your shipping and I can invoice you separately.
Items are only shipped to the address provided at checkout for your protection and to prevent fraud.
Items Sent Back to Sender
Please double check your information before purchasing. If an item is returned to me because of an incorrect address you must pay to have the item shipped again to you.
